Greetings foolish mortals.  Exciting news!!!

The BBP has bought a house!!!  Looked at a house yesterday, really liked it and submitted an offer.  It was an aggressive offer and showed the sellers I was serious.  Got a call from my realtor around 9:30 and he said I probably wouldn't mind him calling late for what he had to tell me.  My offer was accepted!!!  Wired the escrow over today and will begin the process with inspection and all that fun stuff.  Can't wait to be finally done with renting...again.

So that's it!!!  That's the big one!!!  Any ideas on where the quote is from?
