Greetings foolish mortals and welcome to February.  It has been a very cold past week and we're still looking at another week of temps that are freezing.  These past couple of days have been insane.  We've even turned our heat on because it's been down in the 20's and we even had snow flurries last night.  Brrr!!!

Today was a big day in the history of Animal Kingdom as today was the last day to ride Dinosaur, aka Countdown to Extinction.  It is now closed to remake it into a new Indiana Jones ride though from what we've been told, not the same as the ride at Disneyland.  A whole new storyline.  We shall see as it'll take a couple of years to open.

We've got a government shutdown again though it doesn't look like I'm affected by this...yet.  The insanity has got to end.

So from a sub-freezing central Florida, off we go in February.
